Terms

By applying for membership into the Putman Travel Advantage you are agreeing to the
following terms of the program. Putman Travel, Inc. will provide you and your immediate family members (spouse and dependents under 18) travel purchases without fees for a
period of 1 year from the date of application. You authorize Putman Travel, Inc. to charge your credit card $79 for the first year of membership, and $79 per year thereafter on an automatic renewal basis. Putman Travel, Inc. may modify the terms of this agreement by
providing 30 day advance notification in writing. You may cancel your membership at
any time, although the membership fee for the current year is not refundable.
